- 1 cup oil
- Dried plum 10_12
- 1 cup Brown onion
- 1 tbsp Kewra water
- 1/4 teaspoon Yellow colour
- 1/4 teaspoon Jayfal, jawatri elchi powder
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 bunch Podina

- Heat oil fry onion light golden and remove, add ginger garlic paste and cook the 5 - 7 minute add meat and nali with grinded green chilies and coriander leaves, salt,chilli powder, chilli flasks,garam masala powder,chopped tomatoes,
- Fry well add yogurt cover and cook till meat tender and,fried onion grinded, cook till mixture thick add, whole green chilies, dried plums,boiled rice with salt and whole spices till 3/4 done drain.ina pan put a layer of rice then meat mixture, chopped coriander leaves and podina top with remaining boilled rice,spread 2tbsp oil or ghee on top,
- Add kewra water, lemon slice,jayfal jawatri elchi powder mixed with colour,sugar put on dum for 15 minutes.now ready to nali biryani.
