Ugu soup is a very delicious and nutritious soup. If prepared the right way, the taste is heavenly. Savour with your preferred choice of swallow, rice, pasta, etc. I did not use water or broth in the soup. This is because I want it to be very thick, and water leaf contains a lot of water which comes out when cooked (it is adequate to soften Ugu). If you want it with more liquid you can use broth (preferably) or water and adjust seasoning.
