- After 10 min fry the vada till golden brown colour on low to medium flame
- After frying soak the vade for ½ hours
- After ½ hour change the water
- Whisk curd and add sugar and salt. serve vada
- Take vara and add curd,imli chutney,jeera powder,red chilli powder as per taste
