  28. 225 gram Chicken
  29. 1 tbsp corn flour
  30. 2 tbso Oil
  31. 1 onion
  32. Tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
  33. 1 tbsp Butter
  34. Tsp Almond paste
  35. 1 tsp green chilli paste
  36. 1/2 tsp lal mirchi
  37. 1/2 tsp cumin roasted
  38. 1/2 tsp black pepper
  39. 1 tbsp cream

Instructions to make to make Shahi plater

  1. Sub se pehlay dahi main green paste or salt add kar ke cuhtni bana lain
  2. Potato chips ke liay finger ki shape main potato kaat lain phir is ko fry karein crispy fry ke baad nikal kar salt or chaat masala add karein
  3. Phir rice ke liay rice ko boil karein chicken stock dal kar phir pan main butter main onion ko fry karein or boil rice add kar dain phir oper se yellow colour aap apni marzi se dal dain or daam per rakh dain
  4. Phir kubab ke liay sub chezay grander main dal kar grand karein or kabab ki shape bana kar is ko shellow fry ya grill kar lain
  5. Chicken boneless ke liay Onion ko Satie karein or side pe rakh dain phir chicken ko corn flour laga kar 2 tbsp oil dal kar fry karein or nikal dain
  6. Phir 2 tbsp oil main ginger garlic paste fry karein or almond ka paste bhi add karein or bhone lain
  7. Phir is main green mirch lal mirch zera powder kali mirch dal kar bhone lain phir cream add kar dain
  8. Phir salt add kar dain is ke baad chicken or onion add kar dain phir 1/4 cup water add karein phir ginger or green chilli se garnish karein or serve karein
