- Whisk it up to remove excess air
- After it has risen, add sugar to your taste
- Heat up little amount of oil in your masa pan and allow to be hot
- Carefully scoop in your masa batter and allow to fry on 1 side for like 2 minutes if you love it crispy with burnt edges you can leave it for 2 and half to 3 minutes
- I used the biggest burner of my gas cooker but the lowest flame of it. Take note
- Once, the first side is done, flip to the other side and allow to fry too
