- Take oil in a pan. Fry chicken in oil and when it change it's color keep it aside.
- In another pan take water. Add 1tbsp oil and salt and heat it. Add rice and Cook till become soft.
- Boil rice in between, mean rice should neither be hard nor too much soft.
- In a karahi take oil heat up. Add garlic paste, when it start smell add Fried Chicken and cook a minute on low flame.
- Now add boiled rice mix it with chicken and garlic mixture. Cover it for 7-9 minutes on low flame.
- Now remove the cover. Yummy 😋 chicken garlic rice is ready to serve 😋
