  21. 1 cup curd
  22. as needed coriander leaves
  23. 1 tablespoon Jeera
  24. 1 glass Rice
  25. As needed Water

Instructions to make to make Veg Biryani

  1. Saute the spices in oil
  2. Now add chopped onions
  3. Now add chopped tomatoes, ginger, garlic, paste and chopped capsicum.
  4. Add 4 tablespoon coriander powder
  5. Now add peas 1 cup, 1 cup chopped potatoes, 1 cup chopped carrots
  6. Now add 1 cup cauliflower, 1 cup chopped beans
  7. Add 2 tablespoon redchilly powder,1 tablespoon turmeric and salt as per taste
  8. Add 1small glass water and boil all the vegetables and spices.
  9. Let the gravy become thick add 1 cup curd and garam masala 2 tablespoon
  10. The vegetable gravy is ready
  11. Take a pressure cooker in tat add 1 tablespoon ghee, 1 glass of rice,jeera 1 tablespoon and coriander leaves.
  12. Add 2 glass of water and salt as per taste and cook the rice.
  13. The cooked rice is ready and vegetables gravy is also ready mix them both well.
  14. Vegetable Biryani ready to serve.
