- Take a pan, add oil and ghee, add all spices, add onion and saute it then add tomato and cook for some time when the tomato is cooked add capsicum and saute for some time add all masalas and mix it well, add curd and mix it properly. Add marinated paneer and give a quick mix. Layer cooked rice on it and top it with mint leaves, coriander Leaves, Kesar milk, and some fried onion. Cover it with a lid and allow to cook for 5 to 10 minutes on slow flame.
