- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese
Instructions to make to make Mixed Food
- The night before cut slits into the hotdogs, spiral slicing each hotdog.
- Put the hotdogs into the Ziploc bag and add the apple juice. Put into refrigerator overnight.
- Brown the ground meat add salt, onions, turmeric, and garlic.
- Slice the carrots.
- Simmer 10 minutes, add the greenbeans and carrots
- Place the hotdogs on top and add the apple juice.
- Cover and cook for 20 minutes, remove everything but the liquids and set aside.
- Add butter. As the liquids reduce add shredded cheese stirring constantly.
- Pour the cheesy sauce atop the hotdog mixture.
- Pour everything back into pan. and mix well
- Add last bit of cheeses stir and let sit 5 minutes
